In the 90’s, fashion and graphic designers combined their own discipline to create a new relationship with the art field. Music labels played an important role, as well, in the emergence of a new kind of graphic design.
In this project, students will create graphic posters and types based on fashion design clothes. They will conceive visually bold graphic poster with a strong type. To do so, they will use grids.

Yes, it all started with a catchy tune.
Our workshop is about typography grid, is about layout grid,
composition and like Madonna it’s all about style and fashion.
In this project, we will create graphic posters and types based
on fashion design clothes.
Goals
This project is to conceive a visually bold graphic poster with a strong type.
The final goal of the project is to print A2 format posters by the end of the international week.
Skills
Basic knowledge on graphic design and types/letter forms
Basic/intermediate knowledge of Indesign /Illustrator
